This is our terms of service for digital artwork made by Poofsuits! Please familiarize yourself with them before commissioning us. By commissioning Poofsuits, you agree to these terms. Thank you!

General
Must be 18 or older to work with us.
Payment
We can only accept USD Payment via Paypal Invoice.Work begins only after full payment is made.
Refunds
If the client needs to cancel, Partial Refund will be given based on the percentage of work completed.If no work has been started, a Full Refund will be given (However we start pretty quickly!)

Artist's Rights
Poofsuits retains all rights to artwork produced for clients. This can include posting to public online galleries, and self-promotional advertising. However, we will always contact you if we have print plans! (we used several commissioned artwork on Business cards, for example!)Artwork produced by Poofsuits may never be used for profit by anyone other than Poofsuits. You are not permitted to sell prints, trace, or redistribute our artwork on merchandise. However, you may print your commissioned artwork for personal use. Please let us know if you plan to use our work on free buttons, stickers, etc..we love that stuff! Just remember, you absolutely cannot sell or profit in any way!!Feel free to use your art or post everywhere! We love that too!

How to Order:
Message us on Twitter expressing interest! References and instructions can be provided before or after payment. After we receive your payment, we get to work! We send updates after the sketch, line, and color stages, so you can look your art over carefully and request changes and edits. Once the final badge gets approved, we send it to print, then update you with a video when it arrives! Then, we assemble your badges and ship it out to you!

Depending on our queue and character complexity, finished artwork can take anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks from start to finish.

Printing and Shipping combined usually takes an additional week, as we have to wait for it to be produced and shipped to us and then the time it takes to get to you, depending on your location.
